Join Allianz Partners' Road Mobility team and be the lifeline for customers facing roadside emergencies like breakdowns, accidents, or other issues preventing their journey.What We're Looking For:Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends once trained.
Advanced French & Italian level - minimum C1 (writing, speaking, reading)
Customer-focused and teamwork-oriented mindset.
Calm and professional in emergency situations.

Back Office: Coordinate emergency transport, communicate with partners, and manage follow-ups.
Follow-Up & Social Calls: Arrange extra services like car rentals or vehicle repatriation and check on customers to ensure ongoing support.
Training & Support:Comprehensive 4-6 months training with hands-on practice and close trainer guidance.
Continuous development after training with dedicated support.
Work Hours:Shifts between 08:00-23:00, Monday to Sunday.
Night shifts and weekend work after training and skill mastery.
