This role has to work collaboratively with other business functions (Operations Performance Center, Finance, HR) to drive analysis, manage the stakeholders and uncover value and opportunities for the business. Centre Transformation Lead challenges the current processes and ways of working and drives the change by developing project plans, synthesizing analytics, building relationships, and testing ideas to construct and implement a multi-year transformation roadmap.With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:
- Leads cross functional transformation programs across TSSR, problem shaping, building solution and implementation
- Becomes an expert in TSSR business and have a deep understanding of the service lines' processes and activities
- Acts as a consultant, influencer and strategic thought partner to service owners and TSS Service Line Leads
- Applies frameworks and best practices to evaluate the transformation initiative's readiness to launch, develops action plans, leads program mobilization efforts, and provides advisory throughout the life of the initiative
- Evaluates and analyzes data to support TSSR business strategy/operations and processes improvements
- Re-engineers processes to improve delivery, reduce complexity, reduce waste and incorporate accountability to sustain the change
- Uncovers areas within the business to drive performance improvements to unlock productivity
- Communicates with peers from TSSE & TSSI and Garage Team to maintain an understanding of priorities, business requirements, existing and future opportunities, environmental impacts, and overall landscape of TSS
- Communicates and summarizes transformation initiatives statuses in a succinct manner
- Reports transformation progress for TSSR overall program / service line status reporting;
- Acts as TSSR representative with Garage Team
- Experience in project management, business transformation and Lean Six Sigma (LSS) strategies in the technology areas
- Experience leading transformation/improvement programs; define and establish program structure and governance frameworks in relation to business cases management, attend executive steering committee, stakeholder management and financial management
- Question traditional working methods and consider alternative ones that improve the delivery to the customer;
- Explore capabilities of new technologies with a view to how they can be used to meet business goals (customer experience, efficiency, simplification, etc).
- Experience in a Telecommunications, IT or related service industry;
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (including advanced level in Excel) and analysis toolsets
- Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation and tools
