- Lead and develop a cross-functional team, including performance management and training;
- Coordinate departmental activities to meet performance goals;
- Manage product documentation, changes, and deviations;
- Support production with technical documentation and process updates;
- Collaborate with development (TPM) on feasibility, FMEA, and change implementation;
- Ensure accurate data entry in MES-ESC and maintain production process flows.
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field;
- 3-5 years of experience in a management role within a production plant; experience in the automotive industry is a strong advantage;
- Excellent English level - spoken and written, German is considered an advantage;
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methods is a plus;
- SAP knowledge is a plus;
- Strong leadership skills with a people- and team-oriented mindset;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Strong initiative, flexibility, proactive and customer orientation.
