
Head of Logistics Prototyping & LTS

- Lead and coordinate the Logistics/SCM department for prototype and spare parts projects;
- Translate strategic goals into actionable plans for short- and medium-term execution;
- Manage a complex operational area with diverse functions and tasks;
- Plan and monitor budgets, ensuring compliance and efficiency;
- Collaborate on workforce planning and recruit qualified personnel;
- Provide technical and disciplinary leadership, including performance evaluation and development;
- Implement logistics and SCM processes, systems, and guidelines;
- Ensure operational excellence in SCM functions;
- Drive improvement initiatives across processes, equipment, and IT systems;
- Oversee delivery performance, quality assurance, and resource utilization;
- Conduct shift and operations planning, manage bottlenecks and interruptions;
- Monitor cost development and implement corrective actions;
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and procedural regulations;
- Report on material stocks, delivery issues, and special situations to department and location managers.
- Bachelor Degree in a Technical field;
- 3-5 years of experience in the automotive or automotive supplier industry;
- Proven leadership experience (minimum 3 years) in logistics or a related field;
- Strong knowledge of customer-specific requirements and logistics processes;
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and other ERP systems;
- Excellent communication skills in English;
- German language is an advantage;
- Strong process and results orientation, adaptability, and analytical thinking;
- Initiative, flexibility, and excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Experience in negotiation, customer focus, and intercultural awareness.
