- Develop accurate reordering forecasts in collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and on-time deliveries.
- Lead strategic inventory planning and forecasting to support growth across all marketplaces.
- Establish and monitor key supply chain KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate end-to-end shipments with suppliers, carriers, and warehouses.
- Monitor shipment cycles to ensure pickup-to-delivery timelines are met.
- Reconcile inbound inventory with 3PL partners and Amazon.
- Optimize storage and logistics costs across all distribution channels.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and 3PLs to ensure cost-effective and timely distribution.
- Set up new products and vendors within internal systems.
- Oversee purchase order management, ensuring full lifecycle accuracy and timely delivery.
- Negotiate quotations for freight, logistics, 3PLs, and shipments through a competitive bidding process.
- Identify overstock, over fees, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Build long-term, high-trust relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
- Oversee daily operations across supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment functions.
- Design and implement SOPs to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Partner with finance, marketing, and product teams to align operations with company goals.
- Leverage data analytics to identify bottlenecks and deploy actionable solutions.
- Lead and oversee Customer Service to ensure timely, empathetic, and effective communication.
- Develop and track CS KPIs including response times, resolution rates, and satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to resolve fulfillment and delivery issues
- Implement workflows and systems to elevate customer experience and post-purchase support.
- Analyze customer feedback to drive operational and product improvements.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive process and product improvements.
- 5 years combined experience in supply chain operations management, logistics in an ecommerce company
- Experience in a similar position in an e-commerce/Amazon FBA and FBM environment.
- Proven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams across supply chain and customer service.
- Experience working with a start-up company/culture.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively are essential.
- Able to communicate thoughts clearly in English, both written and spoken.
- The ability to work independently, make decisions with minimal supervision, and a strong sense of initiative are key attributes for this role.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Advanced level of Excel/Google sheets.
