- Compliance with the Internal Regulations, internal operating procedures, company standards and all relevant Romanian laws and regulations;
- Defining the client group and the number of visits at the beginning of each quarter;
- Weekly preparation of plans for visits and activities. Prior information on major monthly activities at the request of management;
- Bi-weekly reporting of the activity carried out in the internal reporting system;
- Preparation of daily routes that will ensure efficient coverage of the territory;
- Analyzing health professionals qualified to prescribe or distribute medicines and implementing the local visit plan;
- Ensuring medical information according to the individual needs of doctors;
- Transmission of all information about the use by doctors of company products;
- Use of appropriate promotional techniques and skills during product and treatment presentations to maximize product acceptance and increase patient access to new medications;
- Establishing clear objectives for each visit with health professionals qualified to prescribe or distribute medicines by understanding them and from the perspective of the history of previous meetings;
- The organization and use - according to applicable regulations and internal procedures - of promotional materials and materials used as samples to adequately support the development of meetings with health professionals qualified to prescribe or distribute medicines;
- Complying with the instructions received from the product managers and collaborating with the product managers in order to administer the marketing materials and the materials used as samples;
- Planning, participating, and implementing appropriate individual and group activities (sponsorships, videoconferences, congresses, etc.), within the limits of the established budget and according to the applicable regulations and internal procedures, in order to support ongoing promotional activities;
- Preparation of the necessary documents for the organization of individual and group events according to internal operating standards;
- Understanding the territorial dynamics and evaluating the potential of the allocated territory in order to collaborate on the development of an effective territorial coverage plan.
- At least 2 years of experience in GPs is a strong advantage
- Good understanding of pharma business
- Highly customer-focused
- Comfortable working independently, but also with a strong team-spirit
- Sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Language: Romanian and English business proficiency and understanding
- Computer proficiency: Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint – business level Bachelor’s degree in life science, pharma, or relevant field;
- Demonstrated motivation and focus on achieving measurable, tangible result
- Excellent communication skills;
- Willingness to keep learning
- Ability to travel in the region
