Ensure understanding, managing and satisfying each requirement or expectation from customers or company's stakeholders through remote communication or site visits
Quote-to-Order Execution - take ownership of the assigned Technical and Commercial Quote-to-Order scope delivery within the assigned business portfolio, following the standard process
Ensure the innovative and cost-effective solutions are proposed
Proactively apply methodologies, resources and techniques for minimizing the execution cost, whilst maintaining the requisite schedule and quality
Ensure stakeholders are proactively informed on the status or any challenges
Knowledge Sharing - acquire, maintain, and actively share knowledge and experience with the team and the more comprehensive organization; support on-the-job development of other Service Specialists.

University degree
Experience in inside sales, commercial operations, or quote-to-order roles, preferably in a technical or industrial environment
Experience managing end-to-end sales processes (from quoting to order fulfillment)
Understanding of quote-to-order systems and commercial processes; familiarity with CRM systems and ERP tools
Proficiency in English with a second European language preferred (written and verbal) and excellent communication skills;
Strong relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholders
Willingness to travel mainly for shorter periods (up to 10%) as required.

Previous experience working with process industries such as Life Sciences, Chemical, Energy, Power, or Renewables is a strong advantage
