Purpose Statement: The trainer provides production support and support in maintaining and managing training compliance, teaching operational standards, and continually improving designated work areas.Key Job Accountabilities:

Adapts to changes (work plan, priority and management decision) in the work environment.
Supports improvement initiatives and participates actively to improve work environment (example 5S).
Looks for opportunities to improve work productivity and efficiency.

Individual throughput goals are met.
Understands and follows Plexus quality policy guidelines, customer specifications and adheres to regulatory compliance.
Monitors own work to ensure quality standard is met.
Looks for opportunities to improve quality and eliminate waste at work.
Delivers work in a way that eliminates scrap or rework.
Keeps supervisors informed and escalates issues when needed.

Additional Accountabilities:

Acknowledges and complies with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards provided in the procedures and instructions that are specific to each field, documentation that underlies the proper functioning of the integrated management system of quality, environment, safety and occupational health.
Additional duties as assigned.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

A minimum of an Associate’s degree is required.
1 years of related experience is required.

An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.Other Qualifications:

Advanced Outlook, Word, Excel, DCS and ABI programs.
Attention to detail.
Ability to interpret and receive guidelines.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and learn new things, move to other work areas to meet changing customer demands.
Be flexible and able to work overtime, at night, in different shifts, and on weekends as required.
Work in different areas as required.
Have the following skills and abilities: teamwork, professional behavior, work quality, professional knowledge, communication, problem solving and lean principles, flexibility, attendance, punctuality.

Work Environment:

The work setting should consist of a production environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a moderate noise level.
