- Devising technical training programs according to organizational requirements.
- Producing training schedules and classroom agenda.
- Determining course content according to objectives.
- Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.).
- Execute training sessions, workshops etc. in groups or individually.
- Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed.
- Keep and report data on completed courses.
- Observe and evaluate results of training programs.
- Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.
- Provide training and guidance to new and existing employees to maintain current knowledge relative to materials function and quality standards, provide training and rotation plans to effectively cross train employees based on company needs.
- Proven experience as technical trainer.
- Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects.
- Introduce key metrics and monitoring mechanisms.
- Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to groups.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Provide PDP's for each employee in line with managers expectations.
- Systems Super user (WMS, JDE, DSI).
- Additional duties as assigned.
- A minimum of an Associate’s degree is required.
- One (1) year of related experience is required.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Advanced decision making, problem solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate industry knowledge.
- Employee must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
