Analysis of both customer and internal requirements
Creation of detailed specification for user stories
Supporting the Product Owner in their daily activities such as configuring the product, creating offers for tendered projects, roadmap planning etc.
Analysis of product tickets arising in production or other environments
Extension and maintenance of product documentation
Providing information and tracking tickets of external parties such as auditors
Participation in typical agile project lifecycle meetings

Deep experience of requirements engineering, specification and documentation in the context of agile software development teams
Strong ability to analyze technical interface documents such as Soap web service descriptors and REST service Swagger files for the purpose of specification
Solid written and spoken English language skills
Experience with project management and documentation tools like Jira, Confluence
Experience on version control tools like Gitlab, Jenkins
Basic knowledge of Linux OS, Continuous Integration/Delivery
Knowledge on languages like Python, SQL
Good analytical skills, adaptive to changes
Good communication skills and team spirit
You are team oriented but can also work independently
You can leverage AI resources to improve your efficiency
You demonstrate a high degree of independence and self-motivation
You stay up to date with new technologies and systems and can quickly learn about them
You communicate complex procedures to other colleagues
You collaborate clearly with colleagues and to customers according to their technical skill level.
