This individual will be responsible for coaching and supporting teams on the use of translation tools, including PRISM, Workfront, and ETMA. They will be able to export data from translation tools and use Intento to evaluate the accuracy and quality of translations. The successful candidate will build a taxonomy matrix to serve as the foundation for future AI/ML translation engines used by the partner. They will monitor and understand how technology naming is used in our translations and prepare and upload information to Microsoft Azure for training our NMT engine. In addition, this employee will ensure that all translation requests are closed within agreed timelines and drive support functions for Structured Content or any Workfront activity. They will train teams on the translation process and work with the agency performing translations to report and analyze results. This individual will be key to the communication between technical and business stakeholders of translations and will be responsible for building and implementing a Management of Change strategy. Export data from ETMA and analyze results using Intento Train Machine Learning (NMT) engine using Microsoft Azure Build and maintain a taxonomy matrix for future AI/ML translation engines
Coach and support teams on translation processes and tools, including PRISM, Workfront, and ETMA
Manage billing and ensure that all TRs are closed within agreed timelines
Report and analyze the results and efforts of the partner's translations
Build and implement a Management of Change strategy for communication between technical and business parts of translations

ExpectationsOperational Experience:

Proficient in engines and translation analysis, as well as dataset management
Adaptability to the translation environment, demonstrating practical experience
Non-developer background preferred

Understanding of Taxonomy and Technology:

Familiarity with taxonomy and the ability to comprehend and apply related technology
Capability to translate technical concepts into the local language effectively

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Trados or Lilt for translation tasks
Competence in Excel for data management

Related Work Experience:

Consideration for candidates with experience in translation-related applications, computer troubleshooting, AI, ML, or server uploads

Communication and Adaptability:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and structure communications logically
Demonstrated adaptability and a willingness to engage with new technologies

This role requires a candidate who not only possesses technical proficiency but also demonstrates a deep understanding of the translation domain and the ability to adapt to evolving technologiesAdvantageous

Familiarity with Microsoft Translator and Microsoft Azure.
Knowledge of AI retraining methods and tools such as ETMA, PRISM, or INTENTO

Salary: 5000-6000 RON NET
Full remote
Working schedule: Monday to Friday between 09:00-18:00
Determined contract: 1 year
3 months training + shadow
