They are a self‑starter, highly resourceful, and energized by driving innovation and change.The Sales Operations group serves as a trusted and strategic partner to PTC Sales Leadership, acting as a first point of contact for guidance, analytics, and end‑to‑end Management Operating Rhythm (MOR) support.Our mission is to enable informed decision‑making, increase sales productivity, accelerate deal velocity, and help the sales organization consistently deliver value to our customers.Your role will be highly visible within the company, with regular leadership team exposure and collaboration; you will partner with EMEAI Sales & Ops Leadership Team , providing proactive and operational advice to accelerate the businessYour Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
  • Deliver weekly renewal forecast reporting, analysis, and actionable insights to support informed decision‑making.
  • Partner closely with EMEAI Sales & Operations Leadership as a trusted advisor, providing performance insights that guide business priorities and outcomes.
  • Support the quarter‑close process by ensuring data accuracy, timely reporting, and clear visibility into results.
  • Track, coordinate, and validate deal specifics to ensure end‑to‑end visibility for key stakeholders, including Order Management, Finance, and Segments.
  • Collaborate with Global Operations teams and business segments to meet data requirements and deliver high‑quality analysis.
  • Participate in ongoing data inspection and cleanup activities in SFDC to ensure accuracy and reliability across reporting and forecasting processes.
  • Work across a broad set of stakeholders to ensure timely, consistent, and high‑quality execution of core business management activities.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with cross‑functional teams across Sales, Operations, Finance, and other partners.
  • Act as a strong advocate for new and enhanced processes or solutions, serving as a trusted partner to Sales Operations leadership on process navigation and best practices.
  • Synthesize information from multiple sources into clear insights and recommendations that support problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
  • Produce regular and ad‑hoc business analytics for Sales and Sales Operations Management to provide visibility into overall sales health and performance.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance or a related role within a high‑growth software or technology environment.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvement initiatives and manage operational projects end‑to‑end, with the flexibility to move seamlessly between project leadership and hands‑on execution, including detailed and routine operational tasks when required.
  • Strong experience using Salesforce.com for forecasting support, reporting, data validation, and analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and BI, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, executive‑ready outputs.
  • Experience partnering effectively with Sales and Operations leadership to support business planning, execution, and management cadence (e.g., MOR or similar operating rhythms).
  • Familiarity with analytics and forecasting tools such as Clari and Oracle Analytics preferred.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
