- Identifying the full range of business requirements and translating requirements into specific functional and technical specifications for solution development and implementation
- Analyzing business requirements and the associated impacts of the changes
- Designing and assisting businesses in developing optimal target state business processes
- Creating and executing against roadmaps that focus on solution development and implementation
- Answering questions of methodological approach with varying levels of complexity
- Aligning with other key stakeholder groups (such as Project Management & Software Engineering) to support the link between the business divisions and the solution providers for all aspects of identifying, implementing, and maintaining solutions
- Broad experience in Business analysis and Requirements engineering for large-scale IT solutions, as part of scrum teams (working directly with the engineers)
- Broad experience in detailing and creation of User Stories, both FE and BE as well as concepts and specifications for agile delivery teams.
- Good analytical and communication skills, strong independence and initiative, ability to work in agile delivery teams.
- Knowledge of Retail Banking IT (e.g. Frontends & Channels), mobile banking experience, nice to have
- Experience in API design (swagger definition), data mapping and backend specifications, previous coding experience nice to have, experience with API testing tools like Postman, Bruno
- Strong background in systems integrations based on data-driven Api’s.
- Good experience working with diagrams like Use Case Diagrams, BPMN diagrams, Flowcharts, Data Flow Diagrams, State Diagrams.
- Hands on in creating test scenarios for Test-Driven Development.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, nice to have German at B1 level or higher.
