OverviewTremend is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team, where you will play a key role in delivering and implementing business initiatives related to banking machines and card solutions. You will act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring efficient, compliant, and scalable card processing solutions across issuing, acquiring, and self-service channels.Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications for banking card solutions (Debit/Credit, Issuing, Acquiring).
  • Collaborate closely with IT teams, product owners, and business stakeholders throughout solution design, implementation, and testing phases.
  • Monitor card transaction flows and ensure compliance with industry standards and internal processing rules.
  • Actively participate in Agile/Scrum projects, using tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage requirements and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and reduce operational risks related to card and banking operations.
  • Contribute to the implementation, integration, and enhancement of banking machines (e.g., ATMs and Multi-Function Machines), ensuring alignment between business requirements, technical capabilities, and customer experience.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Economics, IT, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis and project implementation within the banking/cards domain.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and system integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience working with REST APIs is considered a strong advantage.
  • Experience or knowledge of card tokenization solutions (e.g., digital wallets, secure token services) is a plus.
  • Previous exposure to banking machines is a plus, including:
  • ATM integration and testing
  • Multi-Function Machines (MFM)
