Production Team Leader

• Experience in a similar position of at least 5 years;
• Higher education in engineering;
• Knowledge of MS Office and SAP;
• Advanced knowledge of English - written, spoken. German is an advantage;
• Use of quality tools (FMEA, Fishbone Chart, 5 Why, etc.).

• Training, evaluation, coordination and organization of the team, development and implementation of professional development measures;
• Production and material planning;
• Adjustment of production orders and realization of special programs;
• Managing audit (expertise);
• KPI management: defining, tracking and ensuring the achievement of performance indicators. Proposing solutions for optimizing the production process;
• Analyzing the causes of defects, diagnosing them, establishing their type and way of removal;
• Recording, collecting, monitoring, analyzing, evaluating and reporting data (equipment stations, costs, deadlines, etc.), submitting recommendations for solving, improving and optimizing problems;
• Document coordination: defining, drafting, reviewing, displaying and archiving work instructions, manuals and technical specifications;
