The company is involved in the generation of innovative solutions in the field of design and manufacturing electronic products, support services within its strong competencies: product development (PLM), logistics and production.To strengthen our production engineering team, we are looking for a skilled and proactive Production Engineer to define and optimize manufacturing processes, work methods and workstation layouts. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, hands-on experience in manufacturing and a passion for continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.Your Mission with Us:

Define and organize manufacturing processes, working methods and workstations;
Prepare and continuously update work plans and specific documentation; determine and define production times;
Be part of product and technology transfer projects; prepare requests for the acquisition of manufacturing equipment;
Focus on continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and production flow; implement rationalization measures;
Contribute to the development of work instructions;
Provide technical support and consultancy to all related departments for solving current issues;
Implement action plans resulting from audits; evaluate improvement proposals and provide expertise in the implementation of new production equipment and process/product modifications;
Implement and monitor product changes in serial production, in accordance with customer deadlines, requirements, and defined technical standards.

Your Profile for “Making the Future Possible”:

Higher technical education: Electromechanics or Electrical Engineering.
Relevant experience in production engineering of electronic assemblies;
English - advanced level, German is a plus; Romanian language is a must;
Basic knowledge of work time standardization and LEAN methodologies: 5S, workplace ergonomics, workplace layout design and balancing of manufacturing process times;
Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams
