Join our Happeners!Job DescriptionCentral point of contact for all IT related inquiriesInterface between business units and ITTechnical onboarding of new clients and support throughout the related processesProcessing of factoring customer dataExecution of recurring processes with a technical focusSteering the further development of IT applicationsManaging and supporting process changes and technical initiatives through to implementationContinuous analysis and optimization of existing processesQualificationsStrong IT affinity, pronounced analytical thinking, and solid understanding of technical workflowsGood knowledge of factoring workflows and related data structuresKnowledge of VBA, SQL, and ITIL is an advantageExperience in project work as well as in process and project managementExperience in guiding and supporting business units through process changes is a plusStrong social skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and high customer orientationStructured and independent working styleBusiness-fluent German and good English skills are a mustAdditional Information
