- The HR Operations Specialists deliver appropriate products and solutions to meet the needs of their assigned Division/Business Unit/ Country and promote and support implementation of cross-divisional initiatives. Typically, they provide coverage for a team within a Division or region and have responsibility for advising on their areas of expertise.
- Handling Recruitment Operations (managing recruitment Workday processing steps, setting up interviews, collecting feedback from Hiring Manager and Local HR, as well as supporting Employee Lifecycle Activities such as Hiring, Background Screening, Onboarding, Position Changes, Terminations, Absences and other HR processes allocated as agreed with the countries, in due time and meeting the quality standards.
- May provide training sessions to colleagues or partners (i.e: new products introduced, process and/or tools changes, etc).
- Proactively addressers challenges and seek for their resolutions.Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role, in a multinational organization is required
- HR processes experience is a big plus (recruitment, hiring, termination, position changes, absences)
- Strong reporting skills & intermediate Excel level required
- Experience in transitioning processes is a big plus.
- Experience in working with third parties and cross-functional teams.
- Highly adaptable and able to perform in a matrix organization.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Good planning skills and sets priorities so that can achieve his/her goals and is detail oriented.
- Flexibility in taking over new activities and dealing with process changes
- Fast learner, that values learning new skills and professional development
- Strong English and Italian knowledge, both oral and written.
- Strong MS Office skills, knowledge of Workday HR system is a big plus.
- Act as SME, document the allocated processes and get the relevant stakeholder’s agreement.
- Does not raise any audit point due to its action or inaction.
- Meets the SLAs and KPIs set.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reports, related to own activity
- Further develop by taking part in other HR-related projects (e.g. HR products updates and implementation, support on new HR processes transition, etc).
- Transitioning new activities from EMEA countries and ensuring proper handover and documentation
