Reporting to: Business Planning & Analysis Manager for the Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria clusterDemand & Supply Network Planning Manager - BulgariaWe're seeking a forward-thinking and results-driven professional to lead demand forecasting and inventory management for the Bulgarian market. This role is pivotal in aligning commercial strategies with supply chain execution, ensuring product availability while minimizing write-offs and inefficiencies.You'll collaborate with Marketing & Sales, Finance, Logistics, GBS, and Global Supply Chain to support optimal inventories planning, finished goods initiatives' planning & deployment, avoid stockouts & write-offs, track performance, support local and global reporting and integrate internal & external insights into proper forecasts.Position:As a Demand & Supply Network Planning Manager, you will:Develop accurate monthly sales and production forecasts, incorporating market insights, product launches, portfolio initiatives and cross-functional inputs from all key stakeholdersCreate volume scenarios and backup plans to meet business goalsMonitor sales, stock, and market performance to identify risks, opportunities, and required adjustmentsManage national finished goods inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and efficient turnoverCoordinate production and supply flows with factories, Customer Service, and Global Supply Chain, including purchase orders and tax stamp managementProvide analytical insights to support decision-making and performance reviewsMaintain and standardize demand and supply planning processes across the RoMoBu cluster, in line with Global standardsCollaborate closely with Logistics to optimize deliveries, stock management, and product launchesRequirements:Education: University degree in a technical or economic fieldExperience: 3+ years experience in planning / supply or demand / data-driven & planning-focused commercial roles, or similarLanguage: Proficient in English & Romanian (spoken and written), additional languages are a plusOther skills and knowledge:Capability to pivot from topline view to details in order to achieve the objectivesStakeholder & project management skills, prioritization & strategic schedulingForecasting & Demand Planning capabilitiesScenario Planning & Risk Management: preparing for market volatility and supply disruptionsGood understanding of commercial business models, portfolio, distribution model, sales operations & promotional strategiesProficiency in MS Office (especially Excel; BI knowledge represents a plus)Strong understanding of SAP (IBP knowledge represents a plus; ERP understanding)Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skillsWhat to expect:Positive team culture and an environment where your ideas are valuedOver 200 professional training opportunities to help you growHybrid work model: 50% from home, 50% in the officeFlexible hours that fit your lifestyleExtra vacation daysEasy commute: office conveniently located near the subwayBe part of a global, people-first company recognized as a Top Employer in Romania for 12 years in a row.
