In support of Geography MDF administrators, the individual provides operational support to measure and deploy policies aiming to control Marketing Demand Funds ROI across European countries. The Partner Operations Demand Funds administrator support may also provide data and expertise to drive fact-based strategic and tactical planning, manage and execute marketing programs.Level Definition:Applies foundation of partner operations principles, theories, and concepts. Uses professional knowledge acquired through specialized training, education, or previous experience. Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment. Acts as team member by providing information, analysis, and recommendations in support of team efforts. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.Responsibilities:
  • Support on an operation standpoint the Geo and global Marketing Development Funds experts for North, Western and South Europe.
  • Ensure budget are planned and spent according to guidance.
  • Monitor and approve activities.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing organization to manage marketing budget or program and interact with resellers and channel sales in the countries.
  • Support budget allocation, MDF submissions and approved budget spent by the countries.
  • Reconcile market program spend to the planned market assets and investment envelope.
  • Drive adoption of common marketing processes and languages.
Education and Experience Required:
  • Associated degree in finance and/or data driven experience.
  • 1-2+ years operational experience.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office tools.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Advanced level in Excel.
  • Ability to analyze, structure and present data from various sources.
  • Familiarity with IT offerings/ strategy.
  • Fluent written and oral English.
  • Strong communications and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work as part of a team and interface with multiple levels of the organization.

  • Understand and monitor partners investments funds.
  • Identify/benchmarks and provide insight behind the information in the performance dashboard.
  • Champion the utilization of common partner marketing operational processes and languages.
  • Implement partner marketing processes and tools.
  • Support and maintain marketing and sales policies with a focus on region in compliance with local regulations.
  • Support the claiming process to ensure fluidity and transparency for our resellers via a seamless process.
