We take initiative with responsibility (Step Up).Your missionJoin us as a Testing Engineer and help shape the future of NN.In this role, you’ll actively contribute to the success of both the team and the company by engaging in developing and implementing automated testing solutions for our software applications.What will you do?Design and Develop Testing Automation Solutions:Design, develop and maintain automated test solutions to improve testing efficiency, accuracy, and delivery speedImplement and evolve automation frameworks supporting functional, regression, and performance testingDevelop and maintain automated test scripts for new functionalities and bug fixesDesign test scenarios covering business and technical use casesExecute, Report & QualityExecute automated regression tests for each release and analyze results.Generate and maintain test execution reports and metricsIdentify, document, and report defects with clear evidence, logs and reproduction stepsEnsure proper version control and configuration management of test assets and environmentsCollaborate & Continuous ImprovementCollaborate closely with developers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are fully validatedProactively identify opportunities where automation can improve processes and workflowsWork with Infrastructure / Application Support teams to maintain automated build verification and test executionPerform manual testing when required, to support overall quality goalsConduct Manual Testing:· In addition to developing and executing automated test scripts, conduct manual testing as required.Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends and Technologies:· Maintain awareness of the latest industry trends and technologies pertinent to automation engineering, continuously enhancing skills and knowledgeWhat will you bring?Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and automation principlesExperience with programming languages, including Java, .NET, VBScripting.Experience with test automation frameworks or tools, such as: Selenium, RestAssured UFT One, UFT Mobile, JMeter / LoadRunnerExperience in test execution analysis, metrics collection, and reportingStrong analytical, problem solving, and communication skillsAdvanced English (written and spoken)Communicate with clarity, empathy, and impactThrive in collaborative environments and lifts others upProactively identify opportunities for improvement and take actionWhat we offerAt NN we believe a diverse workforce allows us as a company to better serve our customers. The salary range showcased is only indicative. The final benefits package will be agreed upon during final negotiations with each candidate, by considering different criteria, such as the experience and skills level.
