- Plan, organize, and monitor the daily execution activities across multiple project sites;
- Supervise regional coordinators and on-site technical teams to ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards;
- Resolve operational or technical issues raised by project managers, service departments, or other internal stakeholders;
- Participate in project planning meetings and contribute to execution strategy development;
- Approve timesheets, expense reports, and resource allocations for direct subordinates;
- Conduct regular site visits to verify and support field operations;
- Ensure compliance with QHSSE standards and participate in training activities;
- Oversee the preparation and implementation of operational procedures for new or unfamiliar projects;
- Provide continuous coaching and performance feedback to on-site teams.
- Technical university degree (mechanical, electrical, or related fields);
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar coordination or field operations role;
- Strong understanding of on-site execution in technical environments (maintenance, construction, fuel systems, or similar);
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools;
- Excellent team management and leadership skills;
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities;
- Customer-oriented mindset with focus on results and operational efficiency;
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently within the country;
- Advanced Romanian; good English communication skills are a plus.
