
Receptionist (1 year contract)

- Receives company correspondence based on signature and distributes it to internal departments.
- Receives business-related parcels and packages and delivers them to the appropriate recipients within the company.
- Welcomes external guests, suppliers, clients, couriers, and interview candidates, and communicates further as needed for their pickup. Provides general information to internal and external requesters.
- Receives company clients, validates and stamps the documents handed over by them, and, if necessary, directs them to departments that can provide additional details beyond the receptionist’s scope.
- Generates reports to track client presence in the reception area.
- Receives all requests addressed to the Logistics department via the designated email address or ticketing location and distributes them to the responsible parties.
- Monitors the resolution status of requests sent to the Logistics department and issues activity reports, which are regularly sent to the direct supervisor.
- Receives complaints regarding space functionality or other incidents requiring intervention and resolution by the building maintenance team or department personnel.
- Provides backup support for the Travel Desk officer’s activities.
- Receives newspapers and magazines intended for the company.
- University fresh graduate
- 6 month – 1 year of experience on a similar role
- good command of English (conversational)
- confident user of MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
