Stratpharma, a global leader in medical devices and pharmaceuticals, is currently seeking a motivated Sales & Medical Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales & Medical Representative at Stratpharma Romania, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our innovative products to doctors and pharmacies. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals in your assigned territory.Tasks- Meet and exceed sales targets for Stratpharma's portfolio of products.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, independent pharmacies, pharmacy chains, local key accounts and wholesalers.- Promote and educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and features of Stratpharma's products.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and handle any customer inquiries or issues.- Regularly update CRM system with relevant customer and sales information.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.Organization and Time Management- Independently plan territory routing to consistently achieve the best possible coverage to all HCP.- Submit all administrative reports, expense reports and business plans accurately and in a timely manner.- Prioritize daily tactics based on greatest business impact.Customer Relation- Demonstrate customer-centric approach to business planning, use of medical promotion skills and sales process.- Uncover the customer’s needs and provide the appropriate information, resources and message to deliver maximum value.- Develop and build long-term strategic business relationships with core customers.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven experience in sales & medical promotion, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.- Previous experience in medical promotion to: plastic surgery, dermatology, gynecology, radiotherapy – is a plus.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Goal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets.- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.- Fluency in English.- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.- Authorization to work in the country.BenefitsThis is a medium sized global company with an entrepreneurial spirit, proactive approach and friendly company culture.
