
Claims Officer with Serbian and English

- Perform front office and back office activities (inbound and outbound calls);
- Claims Management (opening claims, analyzing information, follow up with all stakeholders for additional information-clarification up to task completion);
- Conduct examination and assessment of claims (online platform available for checking policy details);
- Communicate compensation decisions to clients;
- Payment Processing as per guidelines;
- Keep constant contact with HQ;
- Claims data maintenance in specific insurance IT Systems;
- Reporting activities, data controlling and reconciliations;
- Ensuring the other directives such as compliance, antitrust law, economics sanctions or anti-fraud
- Advanced Serbian level -minimum C1
- Advanced English level -minimum B2
- Experience in Service Industry - Insurance is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Customer centricity

- Proven track record of working and achieving targets
- Ability to handle and analyze large amounts of information
- Proactive attitude, team spirit
- Good MS Office skills
