You will provide HR support services to assigned stakeholders, managing employee information throughout the full employee lifecycle (Hire to Retire).🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver on time and in full HR transactions in the internal systems – from onboarding to exitHandle internal system requests (ServiceNow, People Central), ensuring accurate and timely processing in line with SLA & KPI targetsMaintain data accuracy and integrity in the HR systems for supported clusters/regionsMonitor data replication across HR systems (People Central, SAP, Talent Acquisition, etc.) and resolve discrepanciesIdentify process gaps or unclear steps and contribute to updating Standard Operating Procedures / Quick Reference GuidesSupport continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on streamlining existing processes🧩 Required Skills & ExperienceEnglish language: B2 levelProficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)Strong attention to detail and analytical skillsHR background: 0–1 year of experience (e.g. university degree, internship, etc.)Poti aplica la acest anunt doar prin crearea unui cont pe hipo.ro, fara sa iti faci si un CV.
