- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on healthcare IT and cloud-based technologies.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, such as HITECH, and their implications for IT systems.
- Deep knowledge of international privacy and compliance regulations including GDPR, and their implications for IT systems.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Fluency in German would be a plus.
- Manage end-to-end international OHAI client implementation and migrations to OCI, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed of progress, risks, and issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful migrations.
- Implement industry-standard project management methodologies and best practices to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
- Monitor and control project scope, schedule, and budget, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure that all contractual obligations are met.
- Manage client requirements and ensure that all regulatory and compliance obligations are met.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, both internally and externally, and escalate issues as necessary.
- Continuously assess and improve the migration process, incorporating lessons learned and industry best practices.
- Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
