- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for medical simulator devices.
- Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions, including hospitals, medical schools, and training centers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our medical simulator devices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and participate in industry events to increase brand visibility.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in medical simulation technology.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery and support for clients.
- Proven experience in medical device sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of medical simulation technology and its applications in healthcare education and training.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the value of our products to potential clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven and proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, product demonstrations, and industry events.
- Valid driver's license.
