With new technology stacks defined, they need to move ~150 applications away from old technology onto new platforms. This could either lead to another custom software solution or into a standard, possibly off-the-shelf solution.The Program Manager role with strong experience in managing large programs and working with multiple stakeholders will need to manage dependencies internal and third-party external as well, the individual would need to be dynamic in managing these dependencies and make the program successful.

Responsible for Project and program management, expectation, and stakeholder management
Keep all the planning up to date.
Create transparency on program status.
Monitor program KPIs.
Highlight critical path(s)
Budget and Resource planning support
Prepare presentation content and other media for committees and other events.
Interact with product owners to prepare migration projects.
Manage MS Teams channel(s) and data structure.
Update PPM (SAP Project Management Tool)
Responsible for Risk management & dependency management.
Responsible for envisioning program success anticipate issues/failure in plans and be able to create a successful mitigation strategy.
Good skills and knowledge of leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
