- Keeping close contact with the colleagues from our Bosch Headquarter and supporting the Project Management & Prototype central department with any organizational topics;
- Organizing internal department meetings;
- Periodic updating of the intranet page and of the accounts on the social or professional networks of the department.
- Creating and distributing meeting minutes, including deadline monitoring;
- Periodic updating of the department's organizational chart;
- Correspondence in English;
- Periodic updating of department-specific documents (procedures, processes, etc.).
- Travel arrangements (according to budget and requirements) for all employees of the department;
- Checking the time management system at the end of the month for the department. Monitoring of vacation and home office days;
- Ordering and managing office equipment and consumables (with a minimum stock and/or with the Kanban office system);
- Ensuring the stock of IT equipment in accordance with the needs of the department.
- Organizing the agenda of the department manager (preparing the day before the daily folder for meetings, with presentations and documents);
- Support for the preparation of various presentations and documentation;
- Scheduling meetings.
