Adecco is recruiting, on behalf of its client-an important company in the FMCG beverage industry - 2 roles of Sales Analyst.(Must-have)

Education: Higher (preferably Economics).
Experience: minimum 2 years in relevant projects in sales/commercial analysis
Key skills: analytical thinking; ability to structure problems; clear communication under pressure; data collection & synthesis; presentation & networking; fast learning; comfort with complex situations.
Behavioral skills: execution, customer orientation (internal/external), teamwork, continuous learning, decision & problem solving.
Tools/exposure: Nielsen and Real Sales type source analysis
Excel, power BI si SAP si CRM

Nice-to-have

Exposure to commercial policies and execution standards in FMCG.
Experience in interdepartmental reporting (Sales-Finance).

Mission of the rolePlans and coordinates designated projects within the Sales & Planning Department, contributing to the achievement of commercial objectives and alignment with company policies. Provides sales analysis/reporting and monitors budgets & discounts.• Performs analysis and reports (e.g. Nielsen, Real Sales).

Management of development and change projects within the sales department.

Plans and builds the annual budgets of the sales department.

Participates in the implementation of execution standards according to company policies.

Comply with internal procedures and maintain periodic communication/reporting to management.

Maintains the confidentiality of commercial information.
