You’ll work hands-on with the latest technologies and collaborate closely with experts from Romania and France.About the Role:As a Tech Lead Fullstack Event/Kafka, you will spearhead the design and development of scalable, event-driven applications, guiding a skilled team in close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. Your technical expertise in Java, Angular, and Kafka will be crucial in delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs within an Agile environment. Fluency in French is essential for effective teamwork across business and IT.Responsibilities:

Actively participate in defining and implementing solutions in close collaboration with the Product Owner, Business Analysts, other technical teams, and business stakeholders.
Serve as a technical reference for the team, guiding and mentoring Fullstack developers in the design and development of robust and scalable applications.
Design, implement, and optimize Kafka data flows within an event-driven architecture.
Take part in all Agile ceremonies of the team (daily, sprint review, retrospectives, etc.) and support the team’s continuous improvement efforts.
Ensure the quality, performance, and security of delivered solutions by promoting best practices, automated testing, and code reviews.
Work hand-in-hand with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Be proactive in architectural, technological, and methodological choices.

Required competencies/experience:

Fluent French, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
Demonstrated experience as a Fullstack Tech Lead on large-scale projects, ideally within a microservices architecture context.
Expertise in both Front-End (Angular or equivalent) and Back-End (Java/Spring Boot, etc.) environments.
Strong proficiency in integrating and deploying Kafka (setup, performance, monitoring, flow optimization).
Solid experience designing and exposing REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
Deep understanding of event-driven architectures and related paradigms (pub/sub, event management, resilience).
Familiarity with DevOps practices: CI/CD, monitoring, log management, etc.
Proven ability to write and maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
Experience working in an Agile team.

Nice to have:

Experience in the banking or financial sector.
Knowledge of other messaging technologies (RabbitMQ, Pulsar, etc.).
Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with real-time data processing and/or Big Data architectures.
Practice in TDD/BDD and associated testing frameworks.
