- Adhere to QA methodology and internal working procedures to ensure the quality of delivered products.
- Determine scope of testing, develop and execute medium‑level test cases and scenarios based on internal ways of working.
- Log, track and validate defects clearly and constructively through the full defect lifecycle; verify fixes and confirm requirements are met.
- Perform regression testing on basic and medium builds and test new features on Launchpad.
- Use Jira for project tracking and ensure project quality gates are followed throughout the testing phase.
- Provide regular status updates to your lead, proactively flag delays or blockers, and contribute to team meetings and knowledge‑sharing.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience (quality assurance/quality control/reporting/data analysis/EU projects/IT support or similar) with demonstrable QA exposure.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyse information and make decisions.
- Basic knowledge of software testing processes, defect management and QA methodologies.
- Good communication and organisational skills; MS Excel (intermediate); English (C1) and Romanian (C1).
