- Order entry, coordinate order notifications, invoice and credit notes issues
- Ensuring the implementation of complete and on-time deliveries, with the help of an efficient ordering process, ensuring the implementation of an appropriate Service Level
- Ensuring proper delivery documentation and invoices
- Close cooperation with Sales, Planning, Logistics, Finance, Quality teams, customers and other external partners on a daily basis
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or other customer platforms
- Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Handling returns and customer complaints: receiving effective management and coordination of complaints, in accordance with the company procedure and in accordance with the customer agreement
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize a diverse workload under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working with people at all levels and eager to own responsibilities and drive improvements.
- Familiar with Supply Chain concepts and the pivotal nature of the Customer Service Specialist role.
