Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
3+ years of proven working experience in data science or advanced analytics.
Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms.
Proficiency in:
Python (pandas, NumPy, PySpark, scikit-learn, SciPy)
SQL
Power BI, SAS
Databricks
Microsoft Office toolsResponsabilitatiAssess and explore data from various sources and prepare it for advanced usage.
Identify valuable data sources and automate data collection processes.
Clean, process, and ensure data integrity for analysis.
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and deliver ongoing reports.
Develop basic and advanced analyses related to: Market (NPS, competition, campaigns), Customer behavior (new/existing, journeys), Processes or segmentation.
Create, calibrate, and monitor predictive models (GLM, decision trees) to explain portfolio trends, build cross-sell/upsell campaigns, and conduct sensitivity testing.
Clearly present findings and modeling approaches to business stakeholders.
Share relevant knowledge and insights with the team and other internal departments through presentations and trainings.
Actively participate in and coordinate assigned projects, following internal project management methodologies.
