- Play a key role in designing, building, and deploying IT solutions that meet critical business needs.

- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer sciences, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration
- min 3 years of experience in IT domain, including incident handling and change management.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, network connectivity issues, and factory peripherals (Onsite Support experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of system architectures, business processes, and data flows, with the ability to connect them to IT solutions.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management processes (e.g., ITIL, SLA components, CMDB) and ticketing tools like ServiceNow or JIRA,
- Strong knowledge of SQL syntax and database administration.
- Experience in multinational companies, ideally in the pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing industry.
- Microsoft 365 Suite proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Analytical and creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- A proactive approach and strong organizational skills to address challenges with a customer-centric focus.
- Team player and collaborator, thriving in an environment of shared success.
- Fluency in Romanian and English B2 is essential.
- This is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite at the client"s location and 2 days working from home each week.
- We encourage a higher onsite presence, especially during the first three months, to foster strong collaboration and learning.
- After the initial period, you are welcome to continue spending more days onsite to further support teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Standard business hours are 7:30 AM to 16:00 PM.
