- Identify hazards and assess risks in the workplace.
- Develop, implement, monitor, and update the prevention and protection plan, in collaboration with the evaluators for each work position.
- Develop the training program – evaluate the knowledge after each training.
- Establish areas that require occupational health and safety signs;
- Develop instructions, procedures and other EHS documents;
- Check the status of the alarm, warning, emergency and safety signaling systems;
- Participate and prepare research and documents of work events.
- Collaborate with external specialists to coordinate prevention and protection measures.
- Organize practical exercises to check the ability of intervention and evacuation.
- Obtain the authorizations required by the legislation in force.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant domain;
- 3+ years of experience working in a similar position;
- Nice to have: experience in manufacturing environment;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills;
