- Setting credit strategies for the debt collection team to eliminate any inefficiencies;
- Involvement in improving the processes at the level of the countries in the designated portfolio;
- Establishes meetings with key departments that can provide support regarding the situations that prevent payment of bills;
- Supervises and coordinates the collection activity within the team, provides support in cases debt collection;
- Works closely with C&C Group Manager to develop and innovate processes for maximizing the performance of the entire team;
- Actively involved in the debt collection activity, tracking invoices with amounts in dispute and solving the problems that caused this situation to unlock the payment; escalates problems that exceed the limits of competence to the direct superior;
- Actively involved in ensuring the activities related to the closing of the accounting month, managing the correct performance of accounting reports respecting the frequency of their performance;
- Provides support in the activity of risk analysis regarding clients; provides support to colleagues in the team which deals with the allocation of amounts on invoices by providing supporting information/document for this (details regarding the payments, the invoices that were paid with the respective amount, the way into allocate the respective amounts);
- Approve the issuance of credit notes according to the approval matrix;
- Approve and act in relation to the company's credit policy;
- Involved in the process of recruiting and selecting the right people for the existing roles within the team;
- Conducts performance evaluations (setting measurable objectives, monitoring their fulfillment and support for this purpose, quarterly and annual evaluations, monitors the members' performance team);
- University Degree in Finance, Business Administration or any related field.
- Proven experience in Customer Service.
- Proven experience in people management.
- English at an advanced level.
- Spanish or French at an advanced level.
