Job Category: Engineering Project ManagementJob Description:As a Senior Process Automation Engineer, your role will involve accomplishing projects in the Oil & Gas, Chemical, Metals & Mining or Pharmaceutical industries, delivering PAS configuration in DeltaV. In this role, you will undertake PAS concept and detailed design tasks, software implementation, internal, and factory acceptance tests. You will support the project teams in completing project-related engineering tasks and be responsible for the assigned scope. Efficiently coordinating and delivering engineering tasks for DeltaV software, testing, and commissioning.
Providing comprehensive support and information to Lead Engineers and Project Managers regarding resource needs, progress, and risks.
Ensuring all engineering activities adhere to company quality control processes and relevant industry standards, prioritizing health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Actively acquiring, maintaining, and sharing technical knowledge across the engineering team and wider organization.
Taking on combined roles for smaller projects where a dedicated Lead or Senior Engineer is not required, demonstrating versatility.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in automation project execution for different industry segments (Oil & Gas, Chemical, Metals & Mining, Pharma etc.), at least 5 years.
Computer literate (MS Office) with software programming skills.
Proficient in English.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Willingness to travel with a European focus, mainly for shorter periods (up to 50%) as required.
A second European language.
