You will be part of an Agile team, collaborating with both French and Romanian engineers.Besides the project context, you will become part of a transversal department with experienced colleagues that offer DevOps & Cloud services to multiple activity domains. You will also become a member of an International DevOps Community with visibility across the entire company.Responsibilities:Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab, Artifactory, and Sonar.Manage and deploy applications using Helm, Docker, Kubernetes, FluxCD, and MS Azure.Write and maintain YAML configurations for deployment and infrastructure as code.Ensure the security and compliance of deployed applications and infrastructure.Collaborate with development teams to improve the software delivery process.Monitor and optimize system performance and reliability.Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps practices and tools.You must have :Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience in a DevOps or related roleProven track record of autonomy and proactivity in a DevOps roleStrong knowledge of operations and deployment technologies, including Helm, Docker, KubernetesProven track record of successfully implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines (especially Gitlab CI) and deployment processesExperience with Microsoft Azure servicesHands-on experience - infrastructure as code (Terraform) and/or configuration management (Ansible)Good knowledge of Artifactory, and SonarqubeCybersecurity awareness and best practicesNice to have :Relevant certifications in DevOps, cloud computing, or cybersecurityExperience with Google Cloud PlatformFamiliarity with Black Duck and Coverity is a plusSoft skills:Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and proactivelyAttention to detail and a focus on qualityTravel: some travels to France and CanadaLanguages: English – mandatory, professional level ; French – nice to haveAt Thales, we’re committed to fostering a workplace where respect, trust, collaboration, and passion drive everything we do.
