- Provides assistance to customers, sales representatives and employees by e-mail in English and French.
- Acts as the first point of contact with customers.
- Registers verbal or written requests and / or complaints received from end users and escalates them, if necessary.
- Records verbal or written requests received from end users in an accurate manner according to the procedures and within the previously established interval time.
- Registers cases in the client's internal systems.
- Processes Product Replacement cases.
- Carries out reports upon customer's requests.
- Contributes to improving the process.
- Analyzes and translates customer reports
- Proactively addresses any potential user issues.
- Continuously provides data to the Process Manager and the Head of Department, to the contact person from the Client about the existence of user dissatisfaction cases.
- Ensures the structure and quality of communication to the client complies with team standards.
- Manages exceptional situations with obtaining the necessary approvals.
- Continuously provides end-user data for timely incident resolution.
- Graduates or students, minimum of Baccalaureate Diploma.
- Proficiency in English and French
- Professional qualification in one of the following fields: translations, customer service, indirect sales, technical assistance, etc. is a plus.
- PC operating skills, MS Office package.
- Previous experience in the fields: customer relations or in the medical field is an advantage.
