Develop and Execute Test Plans: Create comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements and specifications.

Manual and Automated Testing: Perform both manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure product quality.

Bug Tracking and Reporting: Document and track bugs and defects using Jira, and work with the development team to resolve issues.

Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure that new changes do not affect existing functionality.

Performance Testing: Evaluate the performance, scalability, and stability of our applications under various conditions.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, UX designers, to ensure high-quality product releases.

Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and methodologies.

Expectations

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

o Proficiency in QA methodologies, tools, and processes.o Perform various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.o Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG to streamline testing processeso Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.o Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript or similar.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter.

Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.

Experience in testing web applications.
