What We Look For in Experienced Talent:

Deep Domain Expertise: 3+ years of experience within the iGaming, Fintech, or Sportsbook sectors.
Strategic KPI Management: A data-driven approach to managing NGR, CPA, and Churn Rates.
Technical Fluency: Understanding of PAM (Player Account Management) platforms and third-party API integrations (e.g., Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Sportradar).
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with the technical and social responsibility standards of regulated markets.
Leadership: A history of mentoring teams or managing high-value stakeholder relationships.
