WHAT TO EXPECTWorking in a dynamic environment and experiencing organizational facility tasksYOUR TASKSYOUR PROFILE

Performs daily facilities operations and assists the facility manager in performing the following:

Fix-up and estimate demand in the storage
Supervision build/maintenance/repair works and reporting issues
Assist weekly/monthly shopping for general supplies
Periodic inspection of all company facilities in order to identify:

Malfunctions
Faults
Changes that need to be done
Take over orders store items correspondingly:

Fruits
Office supplies
IT
Sanitary supplies
Coffee machine supplies
Fill/maintain in good function coffee machine:

Coffee beans, chocolate and milk powder, coffee milk
Cleaning process
Supervision/management of delivery/assembly of furniture according to planning
Support cleaning team with necessary supplies:

Sanitary items
Cleaning items
Front desk attributions such as mail and courier pick-up and welcome visitors

Excellent communication skills with the Manager and other employees regarding facility matters
Teamwork spirit
Good organizational skills and adaptability
Conversational English level is requested
Driving licence is required
