Facility Assistant (m/f/d)

- Performs daily facilities operations and assists the facility manager in performing the following:
- Fix-up and estimate demand in the storage
- Supervision build/maintenance/repair works and reporting issues
- Assist weekly/monthly shopping for general supplies
- Periodic inspection of all company facilities in order to identify:
- Malfunctions
- Faults
- Changes that need to be done
- Take over orders store items correspondingly:
- Fruits
- Office supplies
- IT
- Sanitary supplies
- Coffee machine supplies
- Fill/maintain in good function coffee machine:
- Coffee beans, chocolate and milk powder, coffee milk
- Cleaning process
- Supervision/management of delivery/assembly of furniture according to planning
- Support cleaning team with necessary supplies:
- Sanitary items
- Cleaning items
- Front desk attributions such as mail and courier pick-up and welcome visitors
- Excellent communication skills with the Manager and other employees regarding facility matters
- Teamwork spirit
- Good organizational skills and adaptability
- Conversational English level is requested
- Driving licence is required
